EutraWHAT?

Eutrapalia
Definition: witty, graceful fun

There is no healthy mind without eutrapalia. It frees the senses, enlivens the body, rests the spirit. If you ever followed me on a walk on our park's trail, you may catch the weird lady jumping up and tickling leaves. I feel so giddy when I kiss God's leaves, or jump and tickle them...touching his art work...his animals, breathing in the air, feeling snow flakes on the nose, feeling the rain...all signs of life. We must laugh! We must enjoy his treasures found everywhere and in one another. When we are busy, we don't see it. but it important for us because it is "normal" and is healthy for mind, body and soul.... So go have some pure, holy fun. And show your kids how too.

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...
It's about learning to dance in the rain...
Live simply, Love generously,
Care deeply, Speak kindly &
Leave the rest to God"
